Tony replied to say ok to help her. And she forked out US$200 from her own saving to buy 2 bags and one chanel wallet to total up US$200 to get free shipping either EMS or UPS. Tony assured her many times so she began to trust his job to get it done everything smoothly.
She paid US$200 thru western union to XUN GE, Wuhan City, Hubei Province, Pr China on 12th August 2009 after 5-7 days correspondences email wth Tony.
Then she informed them via email and confirmed payment detail to Tony and also she reminded Tony to send out the correct bags as she already stated in her order cart detail 2 bags and 1 wallet and to be dont by UPS - that was her shipping choice. Tony has nasty customer service attitude. Zero terrible.
After 2 days later, Tony gave her another tracking number and said some had changed. She sensed something wrong and asked Tony this and that. He told her to wait, that was all. She was first timer to EMS system and not sure how EMS works its operation like this. Tony ought to explain politely this and that to her to smoothe her worries or what.
Updated appeared at EMS system and parcel was on shipped that time. She realised that tony sent parcel out late on 18th August 2009. She felt that Tony was not honest one and tried to hide something. All Tony told her to wait and said that custom is strict and it delayed.
She waited very longer till today morning. This morning, she received parcel from postwoman of post centre.
